Mardy Betschart's '69 Camaro transformed over the past few years during the build process. It started life as what appeared to be a clean red survivor that needed a little paint work. Once the paint was removed the hidden repairs and severe rust told another story. The car was such a mess a call was made to Real Deal Steel to supply an new body to compliment the Art Morrison frame and suspension. Mardy's engine of choice was none other than Chevy's LSX 454, the crown jewel of the LS line-up. With horsepower north of 600 the 335 Nitto tires and Forgeline wheels will have their work cut out for them. The transformation is close to completion, expect to see it debut at SEMA 2016
